TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: October 21, 2026 WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS IS NoClip VR (the "Game") is made and run by superfps - fzco ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates at Premises Number 34865-001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: admin@superfps.com. These terms are the agreement between you and us for playing the Game, including its multiplayer servers, its shop and everything bought in it. By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play. The Game is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta's own terms and policies also apply to your Meta account, to the store and to purchases made through it. Where these terms and Meta's differ about your Meta account or a purchase, Meta's terms govern that matter. Our Privacy Policy (https://superfps.com/privacypolicy.txt), shown in the Game next to these terms, explains what data the Game uses. It is part of this agreement. 1. AGE The Game is a horror game and carries an age rating on the Meta Horizon Store. You must meet that rating to play. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you must have a parent's or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms on your behalf. Where Meta provides parent-managed accounts, the parent is responsible for the account, its settings and its purchases. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR NAME You play with your Meta account; the Game has no separate login. Keep your Meta account to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with the Game through it. Your Meta username is shown to other players. Supporters may choose a custom name. Names must not be offensive, misleading, impersonate someone else, or contain contact details or advertising. Names go through a word filter, and we may reset any name at any time without notice. 3. YOUR LICENCE TO PLAY We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on headsets you own or control, for your own entertainment, under these terms and Meta's. Everything in the Game (code, art, sound, levels, text, names and logos) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. The Backrooms setting is a shared piece of internet folklore; the Game's own levels, creatures, items and art are ours. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it, remove notices from it, or use it to build something that competes with it, except where the law expressly allows. Streaming and recording your own play, and sharing those videos, is welcome. 4. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCIES The Game has two currencies, Tokens and ClipCoins, and virtual items such as cosmetics, loot, tools and the Supporter Pack. All of them are licensed to you for use inside the Game and belong to us. They are not money, have no value outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred, sold or given to another player except through the Game's own features. Tokens, rank and backpack contents are stored on your headset. We are not responsible if they are lost through a reset, a reinstall, a change of headset, a crash or a bug, though we will try to help where we reasonably can. We may change prices, drop rates, rewards and the behaviour of items and currencies at any time, add or remove items, and reset balances or items that were obtained through cheating, exploits or errors. The Game is a live service and its economy will be adjusted over time. 5. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS Real-money purchases (the Supporter Pack and coin packs) are made through the Meta Horizon Store, which handles payment, pricing in your region, taxes, receipts and refunds. We never see your payment details. Prices may change. Coin packs are delivered as ClipCoins to your account on our servers; the Supporter Pack unlocks its benefits for your account. What you receive may take a few moments to appear and requires an internet connection. If a purchase does not arrive, restart the Game first, then contact us with your Meta username and the date of the purchase. Refunds are governed by Meta's refund policy and are requested through Meta, not from us. If Meta refunds a purchase, we may remove the coins or benefits it bought from your account, including items already bought with those coins. The Supporter Pack is a licence to its benefits for as long as the Game and your account exist; it is not a share in the Game and does not entitle you to any particular future content. 6. PLAYING WITH OTHERS The Game has voice chat and shared rooms. Everything you say and do in a room is seen and heard by the other players in it. You agree not to: - harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone, or use hate speech, slurs or sexual content; - follow, record or target another player to make them uncomfortable; - impersonate another player, us, or Meta; - share your own or anyone else's personal information; - advertise, spam or beg; - play with sounds, music or voice changers that make the room unpleasant for others; - cheat: use modified copies of the Game, exploits, bugs, scripts, bots, or any trick to gain Tokens, coins, rank, items or advantages the Game does not intend to give; - interfere with the Game's servers, other players' connections, or the device integrity checks; - do anything illegal. You can mute any player from the in-game player list, and report them from the same place. Reports are counted against the reported account. Please do not report people out of spite; false reports may count against you instead. We do not record voice chat, so we usually cannot verify what was said. We act on report counts, patterns of behaviour, and evidence that the Game itself collects (for example, impossible Token gains or a modified install). We may mute or restrict an account, remove items, reset balances, or suspend or permanently block an account from multiplayer, with or without notice. If you think we got it wrong, email us; we will look again, but our decision is final. 7. HEALTH AND SAFETY Virtual reality is not for everyone. Before playing, read and follow the health and safety information that came with your headset and the Meta Horizon platform. The Game is a horror game. It contains darkness, sudden loud sounds, creatures that chase and attack you, jump scares, flashing and flickering lights, and a sanity mechanic designed to make you uneasy. If you have a heart condition, anxiety disorder, epilepsy or photosensitivity, or are pregnant, speak to a doctor before playing, and stop at once if you feel unwell. The Game involves walking, turning, arm-swinging, throwing and crouching. Play in a clear space with a guardian boundary set up, keep people and pets out of it, and stop if you feel dizzy, sick or disoriented. Take breaks. You are responsible for your own safety and your surroundings while you play; we are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by playing. 8. AN ONLINE SERVICE THAT CHANGES The Game needs an internet connection and our servers, Meta's and Photon's to work. They may be down for maintenance or failures, and your experience depends on your own connection. We may change, add, remove, rebalance or rename any part of the Game at any time, including levels, items, modes, currencies and prices, and we may reset progress when an update requires it. We may end the Game's online service altogether; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice in the Game or on the store page. We owe you nothing for changes to, interruptions of, or the end of the service, except what consumer law in your country guarantees. 9. INTEGRITY CHECKS To keep multiplayer fair, the Game verifies with Meta, at each session, that it is a genuine store install running on a genuine headset. Copies that fail this check cannot join multiplayer. We may refuse, restrict or terminate access for any account that attempts to bypass it. 10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Game relies on Meta Platforms (store, accounts, purchases, platform services), Google (Firebase servers and analytics) and Exit Games (Photon multiplayer and voice relay), and links to our Discord server. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to your use of their parts of the service. We are not responsible for them. 11. FEEDBACK If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Game, we may use them freely, without owing you anything, and you agree not to claim rights in the Game based on them. 12. ENDING THE AGREEMENT You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. We can end or suspend your access, without notice, if you break these terms, cheat, abuse other players, or if the law requires it. When the agreement ends you lose access to your virtual items and currencies; nothing is refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. Sections 3, 4, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16 survive the end of the agreement. 13. NO WARRANTY The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Some countries do not allow such disclaimers; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of virtual items or progress, arising from the Game or these terms, even if we were told it could happen. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the Game is limited to the amount you paid us through the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. 15. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO US You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses, including legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, your cheating, or your harm to other players, to the extent the law allows. 16. LAW AND DISPUTES These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a problem, email us first; most things are sorted out that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be decided by the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except that if you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to sue or be sued in your own courts, that right is not affected. Each of us agrees to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows. 17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, show the new version in the Game at your next start, and keep the current version at https://superfps.com/terms.txt. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop playing and uninstall the Game. 18. GENERAL These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game. If a part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term today, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over the Game; you may not transfer it. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, employment or agency between you and us.
